Within our world, the Robbins House team understands individual resident needs are unique and, as such, our response is both personalized and custom. Still, for uniformity and consistency, standard routines are in place for all residents. While no two days are alike, a typical day consists of:
- 7:30 a.m. start weekdays
- 8 a.m. group meditation
- Depending on the provider, daytime IOP (intensive outpatient) treatment is usually at 9 or 10 a.m.
- Household tasks completed and inspected by 10 a.m.
- The rest of the day is flexible with residents doing individual and/or group tasks such as self-care, eating, medical appointments, shopping, laundry, cleaning, exercise, meetings, enjoying family time, seeking employment and counseling
- Daily curfew is 10 p.m. weekdays, and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday
